Solid Stay
pleasant gardens direct beach
The gardens appear well maintained. The beach access is direct. I noted a good selection of food at the main restaurant. I was pleased with the prompt attention from the staff .
The bathroom fixtures seem very old. I found the lighting very dim. This created inconvenience.

The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. It is convenient for evening walks and exploring local attractions. Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel entrance, I noticed.

outdated room inconsistent water
the room i was assigned felt quite outdated. the bathroom had some issues, including poor lighting and wood rot around the floor. hot water was also inconsistent , often unavailable during peak hours. i also noticed a persistent drain smell near the premium rooms , which was unpleasant.
